RVing Tips and Ideas
One Tank Trip - Here is a fun activity to get the RV season going. Plan a trip from your home to somewhere within the range of one tank of gas. You can plan it for one tank out and one tank back, or out and back on one tank. Now I know this will be more fun for some of you than others. Those of you with the really big rigs may not get much past the end of your driveway!
The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass - This is a great deal that everyone should know about. It is a camping and access pass to federal recreation lands looked over by five federal agencies. Good for recreation opportunities on all Public lands managed by the National Park Service, Fish & Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and the US Forest Service. This covers a LOT of country. The pass costs just $80 a year. And if you are over the age of 62 the pass is only $10 for life! Now that is a deal!
