2010 Statement - Pre-paid Reservation Fee Option

 Included on the 2010 dues statement, that was recently sent to all WHR members, you will see an optional $35.00 fee. This fee is to pre-pay your nightly reservations for 2010.

 Currently, when checking into a WHR resort, you may be charged a $2 per night Special Services fee that includes the nightly reservation fee, wi fi, 50-amp service and access to a long-distance phone. If you will be utilizing wi-fi, 50-amp service or want access to a long-distance phone, then please keep in mind the reservation fee is inlcluded in the $2 per night fee along with these services and it is not necessary to pre-pay the $35.00. If you will not be using any of these additional services, you may find it more practical to pay the one time annual fee of $35.00.

 Your statement may show a credit balance if you paid your 2010 dues in advance, this is denoted by parentheses around the amount due. If you choose to pre-pay your reservation fee, this is not included in the dues amount and so any credit balance that may be on your dues account cannot be applied to this fee. Again, this is an optional fee, and you can decide if it is more practical for you to pre-pay for your reservations, or pay $2 night per night, which includes wi-fi, 50-amp service and long-distance phone access.
